2. Hosting

Website hosted on Microsoft Azure (Europe region). The Scarlett conversational assistant is operated by Sophyia (Sophyia.io®). Exchanges with Scarlett are processed exclusively in Switzerland, on Microsoft Azure Switzerland North (Zurich) infrastructure.

3. Scarlett — AI-powered conversational assistant

Scarlett is a persona created by artificial intelligence. She is not a natural person, nor a broker, nor a real estate agent, nor a licensed adviser.

• Her answers are provided for purely informational and indicative purposes. They do not constitute advice (legal, tax, financial or real estate), nor an offer, nor a commitment, nor an estimate of a contractual nature.
• Only Clerver and Partners SA binds the company, through its human representatives and in writing. No information, answer or suggestion from Scarlett binds Clerver and Partners SA.
• Scarlett never estimates the value of a property and guarantees no authorisation (in particular with regard to the Lex Koller or the Lex Weber). For any decision, the user verifies with the competent professionals (notary, bank, authority).
• Exchanges with Scarlett are processed by an artificial intelligence system (see section 6).
• Scarlett responds identically to all visitors: no profiling, no discriminatory treatment.

4. Intellectual property

The brand “Clerver” / “Housing by Clerver and Partners”, the content (texts, visuals, property descriptions), as well as the persona, name and voice of “Scarlett”, are the exclusive property of Clerver and Partners SA. Any reproduction without prior written agreement is prohibited.

5. Liability

The information on the site and from Scarlett is provided without guarantee of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. The properties, prices and features presented are indicative; only a written confirmation from Clerver and Partners SA is authoritative. Clerver and Partners SA cannot be held liable for decisions made solely on the basis of information from the site or from Scarlett, nor for cases of force majeure.

6. Data & privacy

The site sets no tracking cookies. Exchanges with Scarlett are processed on an ephemeral basis by Sophyia, exclusively in Switzerland (Microsoft Azure Switzerland North, Zurich), to provide the service; they are neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes, nor used to train a model without a legal basis. Processing complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, with the GDPR. To exercise your rights (access, rectification, deletion): scarlett@clerverimmo.ch.

7. Applicable law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts at the registered seat of Clerver and Partners SA in Lens (Valais), subject to mandatory provisions.
